I do hope that I have put this in the right place.

I am 25 weeks pregnant and am leaking from my nipples is there a way to stop this or is there something that I can use.

I have tried wearing toilet paper in my bra but that gets too wet too soon...

I know that there is something out there like nipple sheilds or breast pads but not sure exactly what they are or even if there what I even need.
And if I do need them where to buy them

Breastpads work well. You can buy them from nearly all grocery stores ;) They basically stop you from leaking all over the place (pretty much does what a pad does just for ur boobs :laughing: )

Breast pads are great - i'm breastfeeding my 7.5 month old DD and i still use them every day. If not, my clothes end up saturated...

You can buy them from Coles or wherever for anything from $2 to $20 a box. HTH:D

I started leaking at about 20 weeks! Pigeon Breast Pads get the :thumbsup: from me!

The Coles brand disposible ones are good and pretty cheap too. I use washable ones now - the Avent ones are my favourite even though they are a little bulky and I also use Tommee Tippee ones which are a lot thinner but still work ok.

These are all great products as well. But being my third pregnancy, i know now i will be horribly leaking, especially a little later. (i leaked so bad towards the end i needed to wear two towels AND a towel over the bed just to stop it affect my mattress :o )

I have heard that these kind of pads (http://www.makemeheal.com/mmh/product.do;jsessionid=17EF37857D9D6F44DB5773B42C33 D06B?id=18118&procid=46&catid=850) work wonders and actually stop the milk coming out all together.
