 I have my trial packs and as cute as they are they are so thick:( DD hated wearing it yesterday and she got so HOT. (she is a very hot baby)

So my question is where am I going to get All in ones that are comfy and not so bulky? or so furry?

So far I have received the BBH's and IttiBitty's. (they are so similar)

Waiting on the My Little ripples but are there any out there that are not so thick? I guess they have to be right to hold all the wee's.

Thanks again:highfive:

Hi,

A lot of people recommend trialing diff brands to find what works for you.

If she's getting hot, would you consider just chucking her in a terry towel nappy (like $20-25 for 12 at Kmart) a couple of snappis and then when at home she can just hang out like that? You have to change her when she wees as its not water proof, can't wear them to bed without a cover, (BBH wool covers are supposed to be quite breathable) but I had Jasper just hanging like that his first summer as he's such a hot sweaty kid he'd get sweat rash in his nappy area.

Then YouTube different ways to fold the terry towel to fit her size.

I love mcn's but I do have a fondness of old school nappies.

I use the Little Ripples mostly and they're not as bulky and fluffy as my Itti Bitti's... perfect for hot days.

Definitely recommend Bonnibuns workhorse nappies. They're one size and smooth on the outside, and just have one long booster to snap in. They are by far the trimmest MCN I have tried and they're reasonably priced compared to some other one size nappies.

I have about 20 different brands haha, my trimest, most absorbent and one of the cheapest of ou just get the plain pul are monk n bears. They are not an all in one, they are AI2, however are just as trim as sposies. I can't do cotton, as we have major wicking issues but the plain pul MnB's are my work horse nappies. I have about 12 and love them to death!

Also, they were the first mcn to fit ds, at 2 weeks and they still fit now! So impressive. For a osfm to be my trimest nap!

My DS is a pretty sweaty kid (leaves puddles on his pillows at night in sumer lol) and I don't remember the nappies bothering him. Come to think of it I can't ever remember thinking that my bum is too warm and needed a layer to be removed! lol I think you will find a big part of it is that you are using AIOs. You might be better off looking at pockets and stuffing them with hemp or bamboo which is ultra thirsty
