Aches and pains

Hi,
Is it possible to have period-like symptoms i.e mild cramping and backache, and still be pregnant?

I am 5 days overdue for my period and I'm experiencing cramping and backache. I did a hcg hpt yesterday and two lines appeared, one was very faint. Has anyone had pains in early pregnancy and went onto having a healthy baby?

Yes absolutely. I had period pains on and off for at least the first 12 weeks of my pregnancy.

And it's pretty rare to get 2 lines on an HPT and not be pregnant :yes:
