Aches and pains

Hi,

I'm five days over due for my period and yesterday did a hcg hpt and there were to lines and one of them was very faint. I am experiencing mild cramping and back ache at the moment and am confused whether or not I may be pregnant. Has anyone being pregnant and had this pain during early pregnancy?
