I've attended Baby/Kids' Markets in my State but admit I'm pushed to purchase as I find a lot of the items for sale are overpriced for what they are.

I have been to a few and I bought a lot of second hand clothes (some still with tags). Brand new pumpkin patch for $2. Had to be a winner!!!

Yes I have, brisbane (and surroundings) have awesome baby markets! I've bought preloved and new items - picked up some great bargains! And a friend had a stall and I gave her a box of baby clothes to sell for me and they went within the first hour. Success all around.

I have been attending baby markets for about 2 years now? Hahaha yes back when TTC. First baby market was the Ingleburn one which was also their first and I picked up a wooden change table and a cot :) $200 for both :)

Stuff I have bought since from baby markets...
Modern cloth nappies - pretty much brand new - 20 for $50
Megablocks - I have loads and would have cost me $20 max for all the ones I've got
Mr Potato Head - Massive container with pieces and I think 6 heads - $13
Potty :) It was cute, it's literally a small toilet, has the sit to lift up and everything. Only cost me $5!
Baby clothes - most recently unisex and stuff in sizes for winter so 0000 and 000 stuff. For me, preowned is not an issue. How long does a baby use this stuff for anyway? And the clothes were darn cute :D

I love baby markets

there are some great bargains on preloved stuff, and the new/handmade things make fantastic gifts as usually they are unique and normally you are helping a SAHM out :yes:

Lots of bargains, some overpriced things but more bargains :)

Ive been to four baby & kids markets in the last few months. I think the best was Sutherland & the big day out at rose hill but unfortunately I didn't know the sex of bub at that stage or i would have bought alot more. I have picked up a few good items at great prices but I've noticed quite a few items are overpriced or very stained.
