Im thinking of buying this hammock. I made a Miyo style one that my 16 wk old DD loves and its the only way other than bfing that she will go to sleep. The problem is that she is getting too big for it and I believe that the HH suits up to toddlers. What about when they roll? Obviously you cant keep an eye on them at night... is it worth the $$ when she is already 16 weeks?

Can you tell me your experiences with this hammock? I also wonder if it could be made - if I bought hardwood and got a carpenter friend to jigsaw it out and bought a big square of fabric and a 80cm square cushion?

TIA

I used on for my LO when he was suffering from bad reflux, to me it didn't really look safe. I felt uneasy the whole time he was in it. Anyway he hated it so i didnt really use it. I rented mine from a baby shop just in case he didn't like it (thanks god) that particular model that i had rented has actually been recalled due to a 4 month old in the states suffocating in it.

The recall was on AMBY hammocks and NOT on happy hangups ...
