Blergh!!! Bug hugs! I am up feeding but thankfully I can stay in bed... My DD1 has been up at 430/5 every morning for the last 2 weeks... Yesterday was the first day it didn't bother me. Hope you can get some rest today!
I can handle a 430 wake up but 330 come on!!!! We are watching telletubbies so she'll at least sit still for a little bit. I tried putting her in bed with me and she cracked it.
You watch once shes ready for a sleep I'll be WIDE awake

We are on holidays. DS slept like a champ in his portacot and I was so worried about it, but has decided to start his day at 5am. Kinda sucks, he needs more sleep and so do I!
We have a pattern of one week being awesome and sleeping til 530 then another week of multiple wake ups etc.
I am sooooo tired.

Does she feed overnight? I've found if DS wakes for a 2/3am feed he will sleep later in the morning. Otherwise it's a 4.30-5am start.
She's been strange the last two nights waking at 1030 and then 3-4am and then she's up. She is teething so hopefully once her teeth are through she'll go back to sleeping

Goodmorning, love the name change ;)
I've been up for an hour, not as bad as 3:30am though, I feel your pain.
Hope it's just teething and she goes back to her regular sleep pattern soon!

I've been awake since 5.05 and was up twice overnight.
Sorry if this comes across as b1tchy but I think if you get her up at 330am and watch TV it's teaching her it's ok to get up at that time!!!!
I would be using every settling technique to get her back to sleep otherwise she will never learn!
I would even feed her - not sure if you BF or FF - but giving a feed to get back to sleep is far better IMO than getting up and watching TV!
Maybe cut out a day sleep too? She might be having too much sleep during day?
It can't be good for either if you to be going with so little sleep each day!
Good luck!!!

I've done the same. When no way, no how, nothing you do will get them back to sleep, tv saved my sanity.
I'm sure you'd try everything first, but sometimes they are awake and nothing you do will change that.
:hugs: it's pretty crap. Jasper hasn't done it for about 6 months or so *touch wood!!!*
When she wakes at 3ish what time does she go back to sleep?

Honestly sometimes when i know that they just aren't going to go back to sleep i will get up and watch tv - because that stopped me from going crazy. It's not like 'Oh they just woke up lets go watch tv' it's more like 'i've tried and tried and they are just wide awake so i'm going to go watch tv with them so i don't scream or burst into tears' Doesn't happen often but has happened a far few times - so i can understand why someone would go watch tv at 3am when their baby isn't going back to sleep.
No real advice but i can relate, i hope it gets better soon :hugs::hugs:

oops i meant *cool* name stupid Phone!
She's had 1/2 an hour tops in the car. I'm trying again now and she's settled just laying here. She doesn't do it all the time but a few days in a row Is enough!
