DS 8 1/2 months has a dry scalp and i cant seem to get it better.

im fairly certian its not craddle cap (comm nurse doesnt think so either) if i put moisterising cream on his head and massage it in the next day it will be better but then his hair is full of flakes and it looks like we never wash his hair. within a day of washing his hair if i dont smother it with moisterising cream we are back where we started.
i really dont want to have his hair always looking like someone from 'Grease'.

is there such thing as an antidandruff/moisterising shampoo for babies?

Moo goo scalp cream :)

Give it a go, I used it for my DS and his head cleared up after only a couple of applications :)

You could also try tea tree oil shampoo - its all natural and not tested on animals. you get it from health food shops and some chemists.

Or else the QV bath oil is really good for dry skin too.

Apply a mixture of olive oil, coconut oil and lemon juice on your scalp before washing hair.Leave it for 1 hour and then wash your hair with lukewarm water. This is a best way to reduce dandruff.

For my first born, I used Johnson's and it dried the crap out of her skin and gave her all sorts of yucky skin. Upon recommendation by our GP we went to QV Bath Oil and have never looked back. All our girls skin is divine....

You should to use the yogurt on your hair for the deficiency of the dandruff. I also faced to this problem but now I have rid from this.
Thanks man.
