Hi,
Sorry didn't know what to call title. Just wondering for those of you have had more then 1 c/section, is the incision made in the same spot or not???
Sorry might be an obvious answer but i am interested to know.

Yep - mine is pretty much in the same spot - give literally a millimetre or so difference.

I have had three and they have all been in the same spot. Each time I have had the scar tissue removed from the previous times.

yes all 4 of mine are on the exact spot and it looks like only 1 scar and is only around 4 cm now my 4th c section was 4 months ago

It just depends on what the Dr thinks. Mine was thinking he would be able to go along the same one but in the end he couldn't so he went just below it.

I actually asked my Ob at my appointment last week - he said that he will be 're-opening' the previous scar. My last c/s went well and the incision healed fine so all I had was a pencil line thin scar - hopefully it will do the same second time round in 5 weeks!

I've had 2 c-sections and my second c-section scar is just above my first one but they are that close to each other that they almost look like one scar anyway and a bonus is the two scars doesn't look as bad as I thought they would.
