when to start Vitex?

Im on CD 34-35 and still no sign of AF after a BFN test today. im worried to when she might come i dont wanna wait till CD1 to start it but im worried to start it now so what im asking is when did you start taken Vitex and does it really matter when you start? and did it help you at all, if not why didnt it help? my last AF other than 1st of set was june 27th!!! i dont want another long one, befor that i was a 32cd!! any help would be soo good :fingerscrossed:

I'd start it CD1 and continue the whole way through...I started mine on CD1 and onto the 2nd bottle now, and if I am pregger's I'll continue until the end of the 1st trimester (from CD1 right through to 13wks pg) and then start it again after delivery to help with b/f

awwww what if i dont get AF for another 2months thats 2 months too long lol!!!

I was on it for 3 cycles, from cd1 right the way through. Didn't get pg while taking it but it did improve my cycles ALOT!

A good mate of mine actually just got confirmation on her pregnancy after only 1 cycle taking vitex, only for the first half of her cycle.
