Well, it's finally happened...

After months of watching and waiting, and probing and checking, my little bubba has sprouted his first tooth :smiliedance: .

On one hand I'm excited, but I also feel a bit sad that the gummy days are gone and my baby boy is growing up :crying: . Am I just being an overprotective mumma or has anyone else felt ambivalent at the first glimmer of those pearly whites? I don't know how to shake it and I feel like a bit of an idiot...

You are NOT an idiot.

We all want our little gummy bears to stay gummy but youre right - they have to grow up sometime.

Now for the next big milestone..................

There is only two times in a persons lifetime that they are "gummy"... and its only cute the first time :D

I understand how you feel and you shouldnt feel silly, it a HUGE milestone.. but soon he will give you a big toothy grin and all your concerns will fade away

:hugs:
