They have a FAQ list on their website that tells you what to take with you to that particular class. I am doing the active birth yoga classes and to be honest, don't know if I'm getting much out of them.
Good luck!

Hi. I use to go to yogababy in westend. The classes there were for younger babies. I took caleb from 6 months old to 8 months. We really enjoyed them. I used to take some toys for him to play with, a blanket, snacks, his sippy cup, a bottle of water for me. I want to join the toddler classes in toowong now that Caleb is almost walking. Just that I don't drive and it would be a bit of a struggle to get over there as we live on the southside:(
You can always email www.yogababy.com.au (http://www.yogababy.com.au) to find out exactly what you need to take to your classes.
They really are enjoyable classes. You'll be glad that you did it.
Have fun :yelclap:
Hi,
I currently go to the Toowong classes and they are fantastic they are run my Suzanne Swan the founder of Yogababy. All of the ladies are lovely that attend, really friendly and helpful with exchanging information.
You take pretty much what the previous post said depending on how old your baby is.
Essentially you take a bunny rug for baby and some toys for them to play with.
If at anytime during the class you need to attend to your baby that is fine ie. if you need to feed, clean up mess or change nappies.
For you just dress in comfortable clothing and water.
Hope this helps!
