Facebook for business....

Hi,

My business is mainly facebook based, many of my customers have preferred going through a facebook rather than a website.

I also find facebook is great for running competitions etc.

Just wondering how others feel social media has influenced their business activities.

Me still getting the hangs of FaceBook for business - I realise its importance for my business - and hence trying to learn as much as I can and get more active there...I haven't seen a huge impact yet - only because I am not big there - But I do realise how important and valuable it is...So devoting more time on it...

I have a FB page for my business, although its not used alot (i should update more lol) but I get so much (almost too much sometimes!) work through google and my website that I dont really need it.
