Lanolising

It's only since having wool nappy covers that I've discovered lanolising, and now I'm wondering whether I should be lanolising my woollen blankets aswell. Do I need to or should I not bother?:confused:

The point of lanolizing nappy covers is that the lanolin neutralises the acid in urine, so there's no need to lanolize jumpers or blankets, cause you don't get urine on them! :)

i have one i use as an underblanket on DS's bed just in case and i lanolised that.

Yeah, nly lanolise to neutralise the urine. People who have their baby nappy free often use wool blankets in the bed so thes areanolised. It made me think of bedwetters and using a lanolised woollen blanket under them

Hmm, so do you think I should lanolise dd2's sheepskin baby rugs things? Probably should seeing as she likes to be a nappy free girl.:D
