fast letdown + shorter feeds causing wind pain?

my dd is 5 weeks old ..... feeding time in the last week or so has changed from her feeding for a solid 30 minutes from one breast at each feed to her feeding for only 10 minutes at each feed. She is perfectly happy with the 10 minutes, pulls off herself and will not take the breast if i continue to offer it to her.
When i feed her i feel the letdown instantly, almost the second she starts sucking.

For the next 15-40 minutes after a feed she cries and grizzles like she is in pain and burping her is the only thing that brings relief. She never had this much wind before .... i'm wondering if the combination of her taking the same amount of food in a shorter period of time plus possibly having a fast letdown is causing her the pain, and if this is the case what i can do to help her be a little happier after feeding?

also, i have thought she might still be hungry but whenever i offer her the breast she will suck for a second and then come off again.

Hi Mama anne,
You are probably right that your fast flow may be upsetting your baby and
causing tummy discomfort. You could try expressing a little before feeding
( til your let down has slowed). Letting her feed off one side, rather than
swapping sides will help too.

To relieve her discomfort, hold your baby upright after feeds -walking with
her in a sling that holds her firmly upright against your body can be
helpful. You could also try tummy massage about 20 minutes after a feed (its
important to massage clockwise as that is the way the food travels) and
alternate massage with bending her knees. It would be best to attend a
