We have a baby bouncer if you mean the one where they lie back and it bounces.
It has been a god send with DD reflux. After each feed we put her in it to help keep the milk down. And if she happens to posett a bit up she sometimes swallows it back down.
I couldnt imagine holding her in that position in my arms for 20mins.
It is also helping with feeding at the moment as Im waiting on my high chair to come via courier.
With DD we had a bouncer and she didnt really like it. In the mornings she was happy to it in their while i had breakfast and that was it.
We have a swing for this bub so hopefully he will like it so ill get to eat breakfast and lunch without holding a baby

All of my kids loved their bouncers as young babies.
We had one that vibrates for ds2 and he loved it, it helped to settle him to sleep.
Now at 6, 3 and almost 11 months they've outgrown them, but we couldn't live without them as young babies.

We were given a vibrating rocker as well as a jumperoo - best things we were ever given! Our son was entertained when he was younger in the rocker, now he is 8 months he loves pulling himself up on it and with the rubber feet on it - it is very stable. The jumperoo has been a lifesaver if I want half an hour to have dinner with the family or do some exercise while he is awake - we get the biggest smiles when he is in it. We are at the highest setting with it and I think I'll cry the day he'll be too big for it.

Love the bouncer for mine!
We have a baby bouncer that we use for my 3 month old. She doesn't last too long in there but it's a convenient place to put her when I need to use both my hands.
