Anyone heard of or suffer from D-MER??

Its 'dysphoric milk ejection reflex' i think i have it and was hoping to speak with others who suffer from it.

I think its quite rare. Its when u get depressed during a letdown so makes breastfeeding really difficult :(

I have heard of that :hugs::hugs: I am sure there are others here who have suffered (and are suffering). Please don't feel alone. I don't have any advice but just wanted to send hugs.

Omg never heard of it but I would get SO devo when I letdown when I was BFing!

I thought it was the mini pill but thinking about it I always forgot to take it.

BFing was the worst, made be super depressed!

Wow I never knew there was such a thing! Now you have me wondering.. with my second every time I fed her I was in tears, gritting my teeth and resenting my baby for feeding off me :( I had no idea why I always felt that way and still don;t know why but always put it down to pnd?
