Can I spend the day away?

A friend is having a b'day bash at a water park soon and I really want to go but I'm breastfeeding!! I'm very happy for my hubby to give our DD formula but I was wondering what do I do with my BM? If I leave it all day my boobs might explode? :laughing:

When I did any relief work I would express and freeze feeds and then express at work (at normal feed times) and put it in the fridge to take home and freeze for next time. Being at a water park though..I just pour it down the sink!

A hand pump will fit in your bag and you could just go to the ladies to pump. When you miss feeds your supply can drop because your body thinks it doesn't have to make as much milk.

Or even hand massage in the bathroom, that should releive the pressure without having to fiddle with a pump. I used to do this sometimes when i forgot my pump!
