I just thought I should post here that I have found camel milk regulates bowel movements within a day or so.
I had horrible constipation for my first child.
The for my second I have tried this freeze dried camel milk powder and it's amazing.
This website has supporting information about their claims and I can tell you that my second recovery from childbirth was much more pleasant for using this milk.
