For me it was Arnott's Ginger Nut Biscuits. And I HATE ginger :barf: But it worked, it always made the morning sickness go away.

Nothing!!! I couldnt eat it made me feel worse. Id just eat a mouth full of food and Id have to run to the loo, even the smell of food made me fell worse, which made it hard for me as I was employed as a breakfast chef.

With Hayley I could eat anything, but I totally went off red meat. :barf:
With this one I can't stand chicken :barf: The only thing that has really helped in both pregnancies is pureed apple.

I was so sick I stopped eating for a while but when I could manage it I lived on cheese and vegemite sandwiches!
I can remember one morning getting up and being undecisive as to whether I wanted weetbix or Doritos for breakfast so I ate both... Not yhe best decision I ever made - it didnt stay down for long :o

Peanut butter on toast...mmmmmmm
My worst m/s experience was when i ran out of time to eat breakfast, so decided to drink a mug of milo instead. I drank it, and about 3 seconds later the whole lot came back up. I didn't even have time to make it to the bathroom... Not so keen on milo after that.

Almonds helped me most, I nearly turned into an almond I ate so many! Apparently they help absorb the extra stomach acids.

Nothing helped me :(
I had nearly 7 weeks of full on 24/7 MS. Ended up in hospital with dehydratiion.
After that I forced myself to drink as much awater as possible even though majority of it got thrown up :(
Scrambled eggs and toast were my staple food during that time. I had to struggle to eat it as the mere sight of any food had my stomach heaving.
Usually got thrown up but if I layed down or sat quietly for a hr or so after I was generally okayish....

Nothing helped at all :( If i could keep anything down this time it was only usually Vegemite on toast for the first 14 weeks. With my other pregnancies i didn't keep a whole lot down with ds1 but it passed quickly and i had very minimal morning sickness with ds2 that i was only ever a little nauseous in the mornings so it wasn't usually an issue.
