Who would like to design a badge that WAHhubbers put on their website / facebook /ebay store to link back to us?
Say a max size of 120 x 120 pixels. Built as a static gif
Let's see some designs in here? The viewers can pick the best one
Any ideas for our newly named Bubhubbers Marketplace ?
We are looking for a 'badge' that businesses with a listing in our new Bubhubbers Marketplace can place on their own websites / facebook pages, etc
Graphic design is not a skill that I have so if there is anyone out with a great idea, please post it in here!

So ideally, a similar size and ideally with a bubhub logo or the word bubhub somewhere.
It needs to indicate that the 'badge' is there because that person is listed in the marketplace.

P.s, its been a while, (long while) since I have played around with my corel and vectors, so it might take me an hour or so to remember what the heck I am doing.. Haha. :)

I made it quickly because I wanted to get the section live and I needed SOMETHING to use. Design is not my thing :p

Do you specifically want the "Proudly Listed On .... Marketplace!" to be in any certain colour...?
I know hot pink sounds weird, but it stands out great..! I'll just finish up and post... :)

You seem to really like it though..!!

I didn't download any programs. I just googled "linking an image in vBulletin" and I used paint to make the image lol. I cant be bothered looking for and downloading a program like now.
So that is why I can't come up with anything fancy. Just something simple. Im sure there will be plenty of ladies who can make something more fancy :D (It was a bit of fun to do anyway :yes: )

I like it, but I have never been fan of pink and not sure if any of the dads on BH would be fan of that colour either hahaha. But other than that, it looks great!

I just mixed a colour that looks a bit like the purple and yellow of the bubhub icon. You can try maybe a soft orange or purple?

I would go for the first one. That is what I did, stick with the colours of the BH icon.

What kind of image would you imagine being there instead of a lady with shopping bags.. :p I can do pretty much anything but I'm so hungry and running out of ideas for simplistic "market place-y" ideas.... Its hard because you need something that will fit into 120 x 120... You know...??
Any thoughts would be awesome!!...
Marketplace makes me think of lots of people, fruit and veggies, hot summer day, lol all of the above not really fitting into the 120 x 120 box. :p

I'm quiet partial to a touch of pretty pink, and must admit, totally wish I was that chick lucky enough to have gone on a mass shopping spree hahaa even if she is just a cartoon!

Thanks AP! Personally, I prefer to pink one with the shopping chick in post #21. I know it doesn't really allow for the dads, but I don't think there'll be too many in our marketplace anyway. We could always make an alternative logo for them should that happen.
The pink stands out - it's eye catching and it's easy to read. We often use pink on the site - like the colour of links on the main site - so I don't think that we only need to use the purple and the yellow.
Everyone happy for me to change the design to APs design in post #21??

The new badge design is now live and you can paste it all over town!!!!
The forum signature picture still resembles the old design - but you can still go ahead and put it in your signature. When I change the design, it will automatically update in your signature without you having to do anything.
