first signs of teething

i everyone
i was jus wondering if anyone can tell me wat are some of the first signs that DS can be teething ?? He has been awake since 7am and has slept for maybe 4hrs in total off and on all day his been cryin most of the day and has been every hard to settle down and he jus wants to chew on the teat of the bottle

Some signs are dribbling,rosy cheeks,acidic pooh(smelly),nappy rash,runny nose,pulling at ear,grizzling hard to settle.My ds was like that last week i also think he is starting to teeth as he is nearly three months my dd also started around this time.

My DS is 15 weeks and started all these in the last week: bitting the teat of his bottle, drooling quite a lot, putting his hand in his mouth and bitting it and is unsettled. I think he is starting to teeth. However my maternal health nurse says that he is too young to teeth and it may be just be a developmental thing????
