New to BubHub

Hi,
I'm a young woman in a very stable relationship with my partner of 7 years.
Only recently we've been discussing TTC and I have been researching and been getting lost lol, so I thought I would introduce myself here :)
I'm not too sure of the acronyms, so if some kind soul would explain them to me I would be very grateful :)

I've been reading through heaps of old threads and this really seems like a wonderful supportive place :D atm DP and I are still discussing, an I know it's probably stupid to be looking this early but I am soooo excited. I've wanted a baby since I was 13 :).
DP doesn't seem terribly excited, but she's always been a cautious person. Thanks for helping :)
