:banghead: uurrggh! I am having trouble registering with Fertility Friend! I was previously tracking using a spreadsheet that I created from a book called Fertility & Conception by Dr Karen Trewinard (v. helpful BTW!).
Anyway, since coming across the Bub Hub I noticed that most of you use Fertility Friend so I was up late last night trying to register and I accidently deleted my newly created membership (don't ask!). Anyway, it now won't allow me to create another membership, specifiying that there is a limit of one membership, per person, per computer, per email address. I have sent the help desk a message but it looks like they dont reply to membership queries. Have I stuffed my only chance of being a member??
I really wanted to track via Fertility Friend as it looks a lot easier that putting it all down on paper!

Hi- maybe just maybe if you go to hotmail.com get a NEW email and try and resign up with FF with all new emails and stuff?

I agree with sexy_minx get a new address and re create an account.
Hope you get signed back up soon.;)
hmmm have u tried signing in with your other account? if that doesnt work and they dont message you back, then i would just start up a new email too
I am afraid using a new email doesn't work either - I tried that :banghead:
Here is another site you might want to look at http://www.mymonthlycycles.com/
Not sure how good it is compare to FF
If I can just steal your thread for a minute....I accidently put in the wrong date of the start of my cycle in the calender....lack of sleep moment...how do I fix it so its the right date

Angelgirl, just go to a different computer - a friend's one or something - use a different user name, a different email address... then they can't tell that it's you trying to sign up again! Then I'm sure you can log in from your normal computer.
i dont think you can try agan from another computer as i wasnt able to register at work and use at home with a different email their software is pretty clever...on saying that just be patient they will get back to you im pretty sure, ive waited a couple of days before now to hear back from them and they have resent me my password and login so fingres crossed it works for you

Thanks Shell, that was a great idea! I've logged on from work with a new email address.
Anna, were you really not able to log on from home? That s*cks!! I'll give it a shot when I get home tonight anyway.
If not, then I guess I'll have to wait till they respond!
Hi Oops,
I did the same thing too with a wrong start date - relying on memory, which wasn't very good. (Hence the reason for using this program I guess!). I managed to fix it though with an edit feature in the cycle data menu, I think. Or else, it may be possible to go to the calendar and record start of menses on the right date and it may adjust it all for you. I hope this is a least a little bit helpful, it can definitely be changed though.

hi Alatariel...just go to " settings " on the side menu and try " setting default data "
i remember when signing up, FF asking me what the day it was and time, for that reason so it can be used no matter what time zone your in
good luck
