@Jean Hsu - our emails are not getting through to you & you don't seem to be getting my facebook messages. Could you please call our office on 07 3862 4491 and we'll give you the instructions over the phone for your tickets. The email problem is an Optus one - there's an issue in our local area which means that we can't email to Hotmail accounts - grrr!
