Well On wednesday i applied for a few units , I jsut rang up the agent an she Said
"im pretty coffident that i can give u one of the units at **** st But ill let u know on Monday"
man i hate waitin knowin if i got it or not, u recon she just give me hight hopes? or actully concidering me in one
Man we will be so happy to be in a house again , Worse thing about it no yard as been a unit an small kitchen But everythin eles IS like a gem compaired what we are in grr i not goin to sleep well till then :P

In my expereince of dealing with Real Estate agents they are pretty honest with telling you the truth... So if they are saying that they are confident in you getting a unit then I am sure that you have got it... WOO HOO!!!!

Dont feel bad about moving into a unit with your child, I was a single mum and moved into a unit about 3 years ago ( now buying my own house) and there wasnt much backyard at all but my son was great with it.... its not what you have got, its what you make of what you have got.... As long as you are happy then your child/ren will be happy. ;)

Hi I dont feel bad about movein into a unit , Its better then a mice fested leakin povo un safe van , it like the world is givin me a chance, I also found out late friday that Community housein seams to have offered me a place, Ill know for sure monday
MONDAY i cant wait lol anythin is better then this place, I miss showerin regulary an washin hard an all the norm things , (not that i dont shower But only aloud 1 a day :P )

Good luck with the unit. Every move is a step up and it sounds like it will be a great opportunity for you and Jaz. Is Jaz starting preschool next year?? If so she will get plenty of opportunities to run around and be stimulated. There is always the park to burn off some steam so don't worry about the lack of yard. Kids are very adaptable. The main thing is that you are both happy.

Yes she starts Preschool next yr , Thou little worried where about we will end up , Might have to change the place, Hope no cause it will be a shame as i went to that preschool an it's one of a kinda an Preschools like thats are hard tocome by..
