Nothing from a personal prospective but some of the ladies I work with have lite n easy though more so for convenience (they live alone and it beats cooking for 1. It's called their 'lite n lazy') they bring the meals in for lunch and they smell divine. Always seem to have something different & they say they taste good too.

i lost loads on it. the food is pretty good...the dinners do get annoying as only frozen, whereas lunch and breaky has fresh food.

It's costly, which was my biggest issue with it.

That said, I found breakfast and lunch to be great. Dinner can be hit-and-miss, but you eat more in their dinner than you do in Lean Cuisine or Weight Watchers frozen dinners... for the same amount of calories. WW and LC are about 300g... LnE is 500g for dinner. So that's a lot and makes you fuller, obviously.

I only did 3 full means 5 days a week so I could go out 2 days a week or make dinner myself or whatever. Gave me more freedom without worrying about wasting food I'd paid for. I lost 10kg in 6 weeks, but stopped because I couldn't afford it any more.

Sassy- what sort of cost are you looking at weekly? (aprox)

I'm on to my 4th week now and am really impressed by the breakfast and lunches! I also haven't got a dinner I haven't liked they just aren't as impressive. I'm doing 5 days all meals for $111. I'm still breastfeeding so have chosen the higher calorie program but I've lost 6cm off my waist and 2 kgs in 4 weeks :)

Well done!! $100(ish) seems pretty good! Esp since DH is away majority of the time. Only about $6 a serve. Do you get hungry in-between meals? Does that include delivery?

Yeah I'm curious, too!
Can you still drink wine?

I love it! Have been doing it for 6 weeks and have lost 8 kg. I never feel hungry either. I get the 7 day breakfast/lunch/dinner and it costs me $144/week. You get one snack in the morning and two snacks for the afternoon included. I think it's really good value, the food is tasty and it changes all the time so you don't get bored with it.

We do it for convenience ( always gave some in freezer) way nicer than most micro mealz!

It was about $120 a week for me when I did it a few years ago.

That was for 3 meals a day, 5 days a week, at 1200 cals. I understand it goes up the more cals you have (because it's more food). It depends where you live too. I think you can usually find out how much it costs on the website...

You can have the occasional wine, if you want more then maybe drop a snack? I'm not following the diet very closely, im having extra food and a few wines a week but I'm breastfeeding too so probably can't compare!

My hubby is still drinking more than he should but slowly losing weight, I guess you just wouldn't lose it as quick. Every kj does count :)

We are bad on weekends (doing 5 days) and still losing weight!!!

Oh and the cost included delivery. You can order online every week, there are 4 menus that rotate weekly, with 2 different breakfast and lunch options each day and heaps of dinners to choose from. The menus are seasonal too.

I also want to add that there seems to be a lot of rubbish - plastic containers and plastic bags, but some are recyclable and the bags are biodegradable so I use them for dirty nappies! Our rubbish and recycle bin are actually less full at the end of the week too.

You "get" like it comes with the meals or your allowed to have certain things from home?

It comes with.

Breakfast and Lunch comes packaged with a snack - so it's actually 3 meals and 2 snacks daily... so breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner. :) Snacks are often stuff like yoghurt or these little muesli bars or a fruit muffin thing or whatever.

So keen to go on lite n easy now! Thanks op for starting this thread :goodvibes: I have been on the site and the meals sound good! Only prob is the delivery thing said "we don't currently deliver to your area" :crying: I have emailed an inquiry so :fingerscrossed: they can arrange something!! Was planing on joining Weight Watchers at their next meeting on Thursday, has anyone ever incorporated LnE and WW?

I do it mostly for the convenience & portion control (their dinner meals are quite filling). Now DH likes to take them to work too which works out ok @ less than $10 a meal. I think meals differ for different states but our favs are roast beef, peppered steak, beef rissoles & I could eat the tandoori chicken every night if he'd let me :-)

Do you have to buy any fresh fruit and veges to go with your meals or does it come with everything you need to eat in a week?

Everything you need including fresh fruit ... If you look at the menus it tells you what you get ...

All you supply is milk for cereals...

Oh that makes it quiet affordable.
I remember looking in to Jenny Craig and you had to buy all your fresh fruit and veges on top of buying your meals from Jenny Craig. Which worked out quiet exspensive.
