Mums in baldivis

hi my name is gemma i am 28 i have just moved here with my husband and 11 month old daughter from new zealand and am looking to meet some other mums with kids around the same age or older to meet up or is there anyone who can recommend some play groups i can join i live in the baldivis area but would be keen to travel to rockingham :wave:

Hi gemma, my name is sam, i am 36, i moved here from nz about 7 months ago. i have 2 daughters, 4 and 2yrs.
a couple of us are going to meet up on tuesday 4th oct 10am at the park on the corner of Makybe Drive and Acrasia rd, baldivis, it is next to tennis courts and has a big sculpture of a lizard.
would be great to see you there if you are free that morning.
also if you are looking for a playgroup to join, i go to Baldivis Playgroup on a Friday morning, it is from 9-11am. they are a really nice group of people, you should come along one friday. it is at the corner of baldivis rd and fifty road

that is great that you are free to meet up. if it is raining we will meet at baldivis mcdonalds and the kids can play on the playground.

My kids are older though at 8yo and 10yo but both very gentle and love younger children. I'm also a kiwi although I have lived in NSW for 6 years before moving here almost 2 years ago ... I'm 23 weeks pregnant so it will be good to meet some others with little ones!

I need to apologise for not making it today. My pregnancy insomnia meant that I didn't fall asleep until 5am and although I woke up at 8:30, I fell asleep again and woke again at midday! Thankfully I hadn't told the kids about meeting up so they are not disappointed ...

I won't be able to make it next week as I will be in Canning Vale looking after my BIL's 4 children as he has to be away for work. Wish me luck - they're not exactly easy children and range in age from 13 down to 6 :(.

Hopefully I can make it another time.

Again, I'm sorry I didn't come - I would have loved to have met you!

wow you are brave taking on another 4 kids, especially while pregnant, good luck hope it goes well.
