has anyone got depression while having ivf medication?

would love to hear from anyone that has depression and doing ivf . and would the medication that is use for ivf make there depression worse , please any info would be great :)

l have had depression for almost the last 5 years ,We done IVF about 2 years ago (did't work for us)the drugs didn't make my depression no worse at all.But everyone is so diffrent ...........We are doing IVF again next year.......next time it could be diffrent for me with my depression (l hope not).......:wave:

I used to have depression until about 6-7 years ago and I have say that since starting the injections that I can hardly control my emotions. One minute I'm perky, then depressed and then crying. It's a bit of a rollercoaster - but I just keep on hoping that it's a means to an end finally.

I have warned my close friends & family what I'll be like and they're all being so supportive. I think that it helps a lot, just letting them know so that they are prepared and don't take anything personally and they also help to keep me positive - that is so important when we're going through this I think.
