Ok little while ago I dream of a double pram... last night, I dreamt I had a dr appointment and she heard two heartbeats! I had my scan at 6w 1 day and there was only one sac.... twins run on both sides of the family and Bella was a twin (seperate sacs m/c early).... Wonder if I am having twins again...
