They ask for an one off payment and are like an employment agency, do you think it is a reputable agency?
MODS sorry if its not allowed!
DH(we got married on the weekend) was fired about 6 weeks ago and we are really struggling, he has applied for over 50 jobs and getting NO WHERE:(:confused:
My DH has done FIFO for many years and I haven't heard of them. Hope someone replies who has :)

Not sure if this helps but there is a company called Resco near musselbrook that are looking for workers?
Have not heard of them sorry.
But its pretty hard to get into, more of a case of who you know not what you know!
Does you partner have a trade? Thats how my DH got his position, he started casual then after about 3 months put him on full time.
What state are you in?
I forgot to answer the first part. He did a degree in Metallurgy.

Never heard of this company either.
My DH did a 'genetic induction to coal mining' course and had a coal
Board medical done. The training place gave him a big list of mining companies and we just started sending resumes around. Within a week or 2 he had a job offer and off he went.

Nope never heard of this company! I would be weary of giving money to someone to look for work. Having worked in recruitment before I've never heard of the client giving money to find them a job! My dh is a diesel fitter- he applied for a few jobs on a weekend and was off driving to Kalgoorlie (from Brisbane) by the next Friday! Diesel fitters are in demand though- keep trying!!
