I have been told by my doctor that Rhinocort is okay when pregnant and breastfeeding, but my cautious answer would be to ask the pharmacist - they will soon tell you what is an "A" drug or herbal supplement - which means that it has been tested for long enough for them to be able to say that there are no side effects.

Can I?

If you prefer something natural Brauer make a herbal hayfever spray which you just spray under your tongue whenever you need it. It works really well for me, so would be worth a try. No drowsy side effects and works really quickly.

I have been using polaramine, the low dose tablet only. The doctor said that there is a minute amount that makes it into the milk and that the worst it would do to bubs is make them a bit sleepy.

I HATE HAYFEVER :p
