I am in Penshurst and am interested although i'm fairly new to all this and not sure how it all works, I am currently 15 weeks pregnant, would the group be for mothers who already have kids?

No not necessarily it's just an idea I guess to get out and meet other mothers or mums to be. I have found that I don't have much in common with my friends as they don't have kids. I think it's a quite common thing to happen.

Hopefully a few others will reply. That'd be good. Have you looked into mothers groups/play groups at all?

I go to playgroup in Bexley, although I find it a bit close nit?

Not sure where to find mothers groups :(

Grrr that sucks. I still haven't gone to a mothers group because I'm worried it'll be close nit. I'm shy as it is. There's a mothers group in Hurstville and Kingsgrove. Maybe ask you GP.

I was part of a mothers group in our last area, but since we have moved to a totally new suburb, I don't see them very often and very much miss catch up's with mummy friends...so if you want to have a chat, let me know
