I'm a first time user. My boy is 20 months old and is full of energy. My friends don't have children or if they do they live far away. My partner has recently been deployed o/s for 3 months. Wondering if anyone knows any mothers groups who do coffee or park picnics.

There is a playgroup in Arncliffe, Barton St. It's on everyday. Check the playgroup website for what days are suitable for you.

You should call up the clinic in Rockdale as there is a mothers group for babies up to 7 months.

Maybe we could organize a day for coffee or trip to park. I go to playgroup at bexley on Tuesday's but was also looking for something else. My little man is very energetic and loves the park and would be good for him to interact with other children while mums catch up.
