Karen Inge, Accredited Practising Dietitian and nutrition adviser to Jalna Dairy Foods, is well known as the nutrition writer for the Australian Women's Weekly for over 17 years.
Her comments on food and nutrition regularly appear on television current affairs and news programs, on radio, plus in newspapers and magazines.
Karen Inge won the Food Media Club Award for Best Nutrition Writer for her book 'Let's Eat Right! For Families' and also wrote 'Food, Fitness and Feeling Good'.
She has a weekly radio 3AW segment and also advises food industry clients. Her work in sports nutrition was recognized when she was the first dietitian to be made a Fellow of Sports Medicine Australia and she is an inaugural Fellow of Sports Dietitians Australia.
