3 week growth spurt?

Hi

My dd is just over 3 weeks' old. The first two weeks were manageable but she is very cranky at the moment. She keeps wanting to feed (she would not fall asleep without the breast), doesn't sleep well and can't settle. When she's awake, she is just cranky and won't play.

I read somewhere that babies sometimes go through a 3 week and 6 week growth spurt. Just wondering if any new mums are experiencing the same thing. I am very very tired from feeding, holding and calming her around the clock....

Any advice would be appreciated!
