Hi! I'm wondering when and how to start getting rid of my left over baby belly. Its the sagginess that bothers me more than anything! DS is 4 weeks so not sure if it's safe to do sit ups or what excercises will help? Any ideas??

Have you looked into tummy wraps in the mean time to give you some physical support before you start on exercises?
I know my belly was back to normal quite quickly but still I think this time around I will get some recovery shorts or a belly belt to support my back and tummy.
Sorry I have no other practical exercise tip to offer!

What is tummy wrap and where do you get them? Does it just supper you or does it help in slim down as well.

Look up recovery shorts and tummy wrap I think there's a brand called Vespa and the Bird - also try Spanx.
I feel supported if I have compression / tightness around my middle - so those belly bands would work well if that's the kind of support you need.
But the recovery shorts claim to actually reduce the tummy size - hence the price of close to $200.

My DD2 is 5 months old & my belly is still saggy  sorry to burst your bubble....
I wore support belt straight after birth until 6 weeks - that is when my OB told me not to bother after that. Sometimes I'll still put it on if im wearing jeans or a clingy dress but it's only just starting to tone up now. With DD1 it took over 12 months.....
you shouldnt do sit ups. you have to be very careful of the abdominal exercises you do after having a baby. I would speak to someone at the gym before doing anything like that.
