over supply?

My 2 week old baby has gone from feeding 30 mins and pooing yellow pots of gold to now green and has been like this for 36 hours. My breat milk supply may have increased as he has gone from feeding for around 20-30 mins to 5-10 mins and then sometimes is sick, he has wind for the first time. I have tried feeding him in different positions however is there anything else I can do to slow down my milk supply or some other technique so I can feed him but at the same time keep him comfortable ? Is it also wise to express at this point as I have conflicting advice suggesting that expressing will just increase my supply even more and then others suggesting to express some so he is not just getting foremilk?
Also how long should he be feeding for at this stage? I only offer one side each feed and that is never drained, he is putting on weight and is healthy.

As a starting point though, if you feel that your bub is being overwhelmed by your initial let down, which leads to frantic swallowing and gulping (and an upset tummy), you might like to try hand expressing initially, and then attaching your baby after your flow has slowed down.
