OK, so I've come into the office today and we've got more tickets to the Baby & Toddler Show in Brisbane than I originally thought. So ...

TO GO INTO THE DRAW TO WIN ONE TICKET!!

If you'd like be in the draw to win a ticket just reply to this thread answering the following question: We are hoping to launch some local hubs full of info about your local area: What do you want to know about your area (meet-ups, child-friendly cafes etc etc)?

TO AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVE TWO TICKETS!!!!

OR ... if you refer a friend and they join the Bub Hub we will GIVE YOU TWO TICKETS AUTOMATICALLY(one each). This isn't a draw, you will both automatically receive a ticket if you do the following things:

Everything! Child/Breastfeeding Friendly places to eat out, ABA groups, playgroups/family daycares, health clinics, playgrounds. I'm certain that there are a lot of untapped resources for parents in my area so a local hub is a brilliant idea!

I've just moved to Everton Hills and I don't drive, know anyone, where anything is or what direction i'm facing!

I'd be really happy to know about local playcentres, playdates and playgroups as I've not met many mums yet, good GP's or ones referred, multifunctional parks like bbqs and playgrounds, also leisure centres (like the water park behind chermside).
Community events, good restaurants that are kid friendly, and cafes!

Breastfeeding support groups / 2nd time Mums to be Bayside area / Bayside toddler & Mum Meet up groups / Kindys in Redands Area / Also Mummy only nights out Groups cause we all need a break once in a while!!!

It would be super handy to have a list of chemist doctors that are 24/7 or open late as I am forever telling others about the late doctors near me as not many know it closes late.

Also a list of local activities, centre etc (eg kids sports teams, baby swimming classes etc) would be handy as DS gets older!

I'd really like information about places to holiday with kids that you can drive to on Friday after work. Places including camp grounds, holiday units and farm stays. Places that are, actually 'kid friendly' that don't cost a fortune.
Loved to know about local business that have products or cater for kids.

I would love to know where good Child-friendly cafes/restaurants are on the Nth Gold Coast.

Support medical groups for Mums are on the Nth Gold Coast. (My son had/has a few health issues and it would be nice to be in contact with other Mums.

Good Day trips for families with young children.

Cheap or FREE activities to do in school holidays.

I would love to see more help for mothers out there who cant breast feed and are made feel so guilty for that fact by the midwives and lactation consultants. I am not the only mother out there who has had this major issue and its such a stressful time!

Anyone who refers a friend to the Bub Hub automatically gets a ticket though, just get a friend to join and name you as the referrer ...
