Getting back into shape....

Hi there Everyone :wave:

My name is Leah and i am a 23yr old mum of 3, 21mnth old Jayden Lee and i have 3mnth old twin girls Zoe & Paige.
I was hoping that someone would be able to help me :fingerscrossed:
I live in St Helens Park near Campbelltown,
and i am wanting to join some sort of fitness class to get myself back into shape, does anyone know of anything good in the area?
Any ideas would be appreciated :idea:

hey leah,

wow you must have your hands full with the littlies :)

im from ingleburn i know that macquarie fields leisure centre has classes during the day, and they do baby creche (sp?) on certain days too, the gym is also linked to the pools.

i've been trying to get inspired to do something for ages but havent done anything about it as yet. swimming might motivate me in this hot weather.
