in your spare time

hey guys,
I am just wondering what you all do during the day. I find myself bored and i just come on the net when my girl is asleep, i would like to do something constructive and sometimes i get fed up of housework but i know its got to be done.

Anyone have any ideas on what i can do while my girl is asleep please let me know...

Spare time? I dont believe that concept exists is my house.

As my fridge magnet says "My mum doesn't do spare time!"

All I can say is enjoy it while it lasts!:D

I usually go on the net too when ever I get a break. Or just get the housework done. I used to read before DS2 was born but now there is usually too much to be done!

Good luck finding some entertainment - I know it can get a bit boring being at home all day.....

as I only have one little boy, I asked a few mothers at my playgroup the same question that your are asking now and they all replied have another baby. As I found myself either dosing off when he did or just sitting on the computer. I know do party plan just part time just to keep myself a little bit more busy. Maybe another child may stop that boredom lol!! I am taking the working part time option just weekends and nights occasionally

I don't have much time to spare and i have 4 boys so if you find yourself too bored have another one or two and you will complettely forget what the meaning of boredom is!!!! short of that babsitting friends kids and having all your kids friends over will do the job!well thats what always happens in my house....lol.....my real advice is enjoy the peace while it lasts!!!!!!!!!!

I only have 1, and when she is asleep, I surf the web/chat/shop online, do housework, bake, scrapbook, read (trying to get more of that done).....I seem to always find something to do.
