Painful Nipples

Hubbie and I had some rough and tumble sex last night (sorry TMI) and today my left nipple is in agony. Searing pain in it. I'm 21 weeks pregnant and I have never had this type of pain. Any suggestions. I don't have any cabbage leaves otherwise I would use them

Ouch! Have you tried ice on it or massaging Lanishol into it? Other than that all I can say, is get rid of the bra for the day (if possible) and see if it feels better without the pressure on it.

What kind of pain is it and where exactly?
