If I remember correctly, we had about 7 out of 100 guests. Most of those had too far to travel though.

When I was planning our wedding, I remember getting told to expect approx 10% of people not coming as a general rule. We had 80 of 85 invitees come.

I was told 10% don't come but don't believe that. Maybe for huge weddiings with

We invited about 77 and had 72 come. Although one of DH's friends RSVPed but forgot to come!

We invited 124, and they all rsvp'd a yes, though one couple didn't make it due to a funeral they had to attend :(

Not many of our guests lived more than five hours away though.

I would say roughly 5% of ours. We also had one cancel on the morning and two not show!! So we ended up with 98 guests.

We invited 49 and 46 came, the three that didn't were all from interstate. I think it would be safest to assume 100% of people local will come and maybe 50% of interstate people.
We also thought about doing two rounds of invites if we were going to invite a lot more, invite only what the room could accomodate (50) and then if everyone said yes we were full, if some people said no then we could invite more. Sounds a little cold but you always have people you absolutely want there (immediate family, besties etc) and then the rest of your friends.
I had a friend who invited HUNDREDS because their wedding was in Fiji, thinking that not many would come - almost everyone said yes!! They had to change venues..
