Hi Everyone,
I have a recipe for lactation cookies and I passed it on to my friend. She made them with brewers yeast from the supermarket is that okay?. She has just done some research and apparently she should of used "inactive" brewers yeast and is now worried she used the wrong thing?

Can anyone help her out? What should she use? What do/did you use?
