View Full Version : How much does your 9mth eat?
Just wondering how much solids (in quantity) does your 9mth old eat? and if anyone knows when they normally drop to 3 bottles.
My DS is 10 months tomorrow! He is a really good eater, we dropped to 3 bottles about a month ago, he is 10.5kg, Yesterday he had
9am - 200ml bottle
10.30am- egg pancake ( 2 eggs with
coriander) 1/2 tub goats yogurt w
12.30pm - wholemeal avocado and cheese
sandwich and half a banana
2.30pm- snack - organic rice puffs
4.30pm- 200ml bottle
5pm- snack- kiwi fruit
7.30pm- butter chicken, beans and rice ( small bowl)
9.00pm 180 ml milk
Plus sips water all day maybe 100ml
My DS2 is 9 months and has three full meals a day plus snacks. Breakfast is usually weetbix & farax with pears & cow's milk. Morning tea is often fruit or rice cakes, or perhaps some toast. Lunch is usually a sandwich, some yoghurt & fruit. Afternoon tea is usually cheese & crackers or custard & then dinner is some form of meat and veg, depending on what we're having. He has ad lib water with each meal/snack & a BF on waking after his naps, so usually one at 8am, then 11ish, 2ish, 5ish and before bed at 7pm.
Hope that helps!
