Christening venues in the Northern beaches or surrounds??

Hi all:wave:

I am looking for a nice venue for a christening. We are near Manly however the Church is in North Sydney so anywhere in-between..

It would be for aorund 60 people, poss 70.

Any ideas?? We cant have it at home - renovations - and would pref to have it at a venue as opposed to outside as once you include Marquee, tables, chairs, lighting, decorations, catering etc etc it blows out big time.

Hmmm...I am in Manly but can't think of anywhere. I'll ask around my Mums Group and come back to you ;)

A lot of people use the upstairs of the Sandbar at Shelley beach for weddings so maybe that might be an idea to start with? Never been up there myself so can't tell you what its like but everytime I'm at Shelley there is a wedding reception! Great views if nothing else :)
