Wild Boys Afloat

Has anyone been on the Wild boys afloat boat in brissy. im going to a birthday party on saturday night with 30 other girls from work, and just wondering, whats it like? do you really get your $70 worth, supposed to be drinks, dinner and entertainment.

I went a few years ago and didn't love it.

The whole trip was the show pretty much and you weren't allowed out on the deck whilst the show was on. You had to stay in the main room with only enough chairs for half of the audience (so we sat on the floor). The food was pretty basic but okay.

At the end you got to have a dance with the guys from the show which wasn't too bad (either were they;) )

It was good for a hens night which is what we were on but not so great for a night out chatting with the girls iykwim. It was a few year back though so hopefully it has changed a bit by now.

My experience of it was pretty similar to rynosmum.
It was a few years back and for my ex-SIL's hens night.
I actually had a good time but only because I got pretty blind. The food was pretty average though so if you're not a big drinker I wouldn't think you'd feel like you'd got your $70 bucks worth. But I definitely drank my $70 :laughing:
The show was ok, typical male stripper show really.

im in darwin now but only moved back here in july.
i went on the wildboys afloat last november for a xmas party. it was only $60 then i think. well it is a smallish boat and it was packed with women (obviously) it was a bit squishy and hot though lots of body heat!! lol
the dinner is basic and everything but it done the job.. it included all you can drink and that was great so i think you definatly get your money worth if you drink. the boys were great and it was a fun night out.. i would go again definatly if i was done there still.. .we had a ball!!! I think it was worth it.. go for it

I went a few years ago and had a blast! I was Katrina, I sat on the floor, but I WANTED to sit on the floor... closer to the show.. (I was a horny minx back then:devil6:) The food was basic as the others said, but it did the job!

I loved it. There were free drinx but if you wanted something else, that wasn't on the free list, you had to pay for it. :( That was the only bad thing. And leavng at the end..... lol

Have a great time. Go with no expectations and you'll have a ball!!
