what can I make DD for dinner?

Hi all,

I have a left over chicken drumstick from last nights dinner.
What can I do with it for dd dinner tonight? Nothing comes to mind? I need some suggestions.

hmmm pick the chicken off and make a pasta bake or stir fry some veg add the chicken to heat through then seve with noodles(off the bone of course)

or mini pizzas made with the chicken and english muffins add veg sauce and cheese. enchiladas, wraps.
