i've just been diagnosed and looking for a good physio.
I have been seeing someone for issues I was having at the start of the pregnancy with my sacroiliac joint, but she I wasn't instilled with confidence that she was specialised in pregnancy (despite requesting such a person when I made my initial appointment).
I thought it would be a good time to change but I wanted to see someone who comes recommended this time. Anyone seen a good physio in Adelaide? South of the city would be preferable.
Also, any one found physios not effective for assisting with SPD? Should I just stick to chiropractic treatment? (I have an appointment booked for Tuesday and counting down the hours!).
Thanks in advance.
