:wave:Hi There!!

At our 8 mth check, CHN told me to start brushing DDs teeth/gums. At that point she didnt have any teeth, now she has the bottom 2.

I have been using a wet chux cloth and wiping quickly in her mouth on her bottom teeth and top gum as much as she allows! Doing this at bath time.

I give her a lot of tuna, and sometimes her breath is a bit skinky from it...is this normal??

Do you have any other tips or suggestions?

Thinking too early for a baby tooth brush even....

Good question. I came here hoping for an answer too. My son is also around 8 months old and has cut the bottom two teeth and the top two are now emerging. I've been cleaning his teeth/gums at bath time with a wet washcloth which he doesn't mind. But I'm wondering if there's a reason I should get a proper infant toothbrush or use special baby toothpaste. A quick Google search seems to promote the need to use a toothbrush, but I'd like to know why it's necessary over using a washcloth?

I bought a "toothbrush" pack from Pidgeon. The chemists assistant recommended it. Basically it's got 3 brushes. The first 2 my DS just chewed on but now at 11months he lets me brush his teeth with the third brush and a bit of baby toothpaste.
